Methods of Receiving End of the Year documentations:
At the end of the year, we all need our documents in order. When gifting GGM these following methods are to be used for your tax documentations:

GIVING BY CHECK: Use your Cancelled Checks as you receipt

GIVING BY CASH APP, ZELLE, or PAYPAL: Use the records in your Cash App or Zelle App

GIVING BY CARD MACHINE (in person): If not automatically done, always ask for a paper receipt, an emailed receipt, or a texted receipt

What is a Tithe?
A tithe is simply the first tenth part of our increase, systematically set apart for God. In one sense, if we have given our love to Christ, all that we own is His, but in a more specific sense God has laid claim to that first tenth of our income.
All we have truly belongs to God, but He only asks for 1/10 for ministry.
What is an Offering?
An offering is regular gift amount over, above, and in addition to that which we give in tithes. It is important to note that even when we give our tithes, this does not negate our giving an offering at that same time.
God has taught us much about giving:
• 2 Corinthians 8:9
• Matthew 14:19-21
• “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.” 2 Corinthians 9:7.
